Our Mission
The mission of Ephratha House is to declare the Gospel of Jesus Christ as we look after children that the world forgets.
Through compassionate support, community involvement, and sustainable agriculture, we aim to provide orphaned and vulnerable African children with a continuum of holistic care, education, and the hope found in Jesus.

James 2:15-16 states, "Suppose a brother or a sister is without clothes and daily food. If one of you says to them, 'Go in peace; keep warm and well fed,' but does nothing about their physical needs, what good is it?"

Ephratha House Christian Ministries exists to provide for orphans and vulnerable children in some of the most dire situations on earth through an agricultural model that also impacts local communities with the Gospel and gainful employment.
Ephratha means "fruitful" in Hebrew. We pray that God will use this ministry to bear fruit for His kingdom, to His glory, that many would come to know Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior.

Our Vision
Due to disease, famine, and lack of healthcare, the African continent is home to millions of orphans and vulnerable children who struggle each day for the basic necessities of life. These kids deserve a fighting chance, and we are here to help in the name of Jesus.
The general structure of a mission organization is overwhelmingly reliant on donations. However, God has given us a vision to embrace the communities in which we serve, offering employment with wages above the poverty line, in order to support our childcare services. This model also expands our Gospel witness beyond our children's homes as lives are changed by the power of the God.
Join us in our mission to empower lives and make an eternal difference in the world for the Kingdom of God!
