Most of Pastor Jason’s life has been spent in service to others. Pastor Jason attended seminary at Regent University’s School of Divinity where he earned his Master of Divinity degree with a concentration in Christian Theology. He was ordained by his home church, Christ Community Church of Augusta, West Virginia.  After pastoring at Union Rescue Mission of Western Maryland for nearly two years, God gave Pastor Jason and Kate His vision for Ephratha House while serving on a short-term missions trip in Malawi, Africa. In addition to his work with Ephratha House, Pastor Jason is currently pursuing his PhD in Practical Theology at Liberty University’s Rawlings School of Divinity with a dissertation emphasis on Johannine soteriology in the context of southeastern Africa.
